Scottish swimmer Duncan Scott is thru to Sunday night’s 200m freestyle semi-finals.
The 27-year-old completed third in his warmth, together with his time of 1 minute 46.34 seconds comfortably adequate to progress.
The quickest eight swimmers within the semi-finals will progress via to the ultimate.
Scott received 4 medals on the final Olympics in Tokyo, however missed out on a podium place in Saturday night time’s 4x100m freestyle relay ultimate when Group GB completed fifth.
